Many Thanks. I received the Temp Sensor and got it installed earlier
this weekend. It would appear that my spa is back to normal. It turned
on, no cryptic responses on the top side controls, and it heated up and
has stayed in working order.

advice, parts, installation help, hassle free returns/exchanges. I've

arrived yesterday and I installed last night. It runs like a charm, thanks for

Dear Clear Creek,
Last Monday I called in a panic. Our heater went up and while we were
lucky the east coast was to be warm for the week, really cold weather
was due in buy this weekend. You were able to send me the correct
heater, provide me with exact instructions on how best to install it
with a minimum time spent, and you got me the part by Friday in order to
get it in before the cold weather hit (unlike most folks around here we
summerize the tub and run it all winter) Anyway I would really like to
complement you on a first rate and honest business (it was also the best
price)

looking for easily. the price for my pump was by far the cheapest, i was

Bruce, Well, you were right. The new fuse solution was only temporary. The
pump failed again. I ordered a new one from you yesterday. Like I promised.
Hopefully this will be the final fix for my tub. Brrrrr it's cold here in
PA.

Hey, you are the
man...I was having one of my husband's friends helping me...he came and went
but wasn't able to fix it. I decided to go back and do what you said -- I
got it working. I think he was turning clockwise, therefore, because he was
turning clockwise, I turned counterclockwise 2 times instead of 1. This
seemed to work. I thank you for your help. I have only waited a couple
of hours and it is probably hotter than it has ever gotten before the
replacement. Thanks again for all your help...Good work...We will be
ordering parts from you whenever we need something replaced. With your
coaching, etc., this is the way to go. Normally, if I were to call someone
in my area he charges 10 times that amount. I refuse to do that anymore.
Bruce, Just a note to thank-you for all your expertise in resolving my
jacuzzi problems. You didn't miss a step on the replacement of my pc board
