Spa Drains:
From 1995 to
circa 1998 Jacuzzi used the "Large" drain. In 1998
they switched to the "Small" drain. When you order,
email me and I'll give you a shortcut that will
speed up and ease your replacement.

Jacuzzi Front Load Filter Cabinet:
If the leak is at the seal where
the filter cabinet bonds with the shell, try this first. Drain the spa. Let
dry. Remove the filter housing frame on the water side by snapping off the
frame. This will expose the white flange. Apply a bead of clear
silicone on the water side and massage the silicone between the flange and
the shell. Snap the frame back on and fill. Many times this will solve the
leak.
If the leak is from the cabinet itself or plumbing, you will need to
replace the cabinet. Besides offering the cabinet, we offer a bracket that
makes reinstalling easier. That bracket is optional. If you will have
someone working with you, you don't need the bracket but either way it's a
lot easier using the bracket.

parts used by Jacuzzi Whirlpool Spas from early 1990's to 2001

Jacuzzi Patented Jets:
Below you will see the most common complete jet assemblies used in Jacuzzi Whirlpool Spas.
If the jet or piping at the jet is damaged, you have to remove the complete
jet and replumb the new jet with PVC glue. Some plumbing parts are standard
PVC plastic parts you can purchase from any hardware store. Others are
specific to spas. Go to: Plastic Spa Fittings for
spa specific parts. Also, check below for nozzle and parts.

Jacuzzi Jet Assembly Nozzles Only:
This is the strangest thing to happen because the cause is likely NOT the
air control but the jet nozzle at the jet assembly. What can happen is the
jet nozzle fails to create a suction at the back of the jet housing and this
forces water UP the air line. To correct, you need to replace the nozzle.
Usually all you have to do is remove the old nozzle and install the new. You
can reuse the gasket, screws, and retaining ring. We do offer retaining ring
and gasket as option but they are not normally replaced.

Jacuzzi Patented "J' and
"k" Pump:
When the pump leaks, it's wisest to
replace the complete pump. The reason is that the leak can come from the
seal, or impellor or pump bracket. Rather than try this and that, we
recommend that you replace the whole pump. That is why we offer the pump as
a complete kit.
All kits include
the above parts plus the pump face (volute) shown below.

Vent Lines:
The vent lines are designed to either allow the water to drain more
completely when draining or to avoid air locks when filling. This kit
supplies two 90 degree compression fittings and one straight compression
fitting and the vent hose. You cut the hose to fit and use what fittings you
might need. Keep the remaining parts for later..
Please Note: The vent
line is the same size as the waterline to your icemaker. You could use
that instead.
