MOST orders 1-3 lbs total weight are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Although the USPS doesn't guarantee 2-3 day delivery, Priority Mail usually IS delivered within that time period.

Our most common shipping boxes are USPS Priority: 5 3/8" x 8 5/8" x1 5/8" 7" x 7" x 6"     For Very Small Items For Most Orders Less than 2 lb. Caution: If your mailman doesn't leave packages when you are not there, he might leave a Call Tag and you will have to go to your nearby US Post Office to get the package.

USPS Priority does not have a tracking system. We can only provide the shipping date, confirmation number, and the estimated time of delivery.

Orders more than 4 lbs will be shipped either USPS Priority or FedEx Ground at our determination.

It is CRITICAL you supply us with both a USPS deliverable address and and actual delivery address. Since your order may be shipped either method, it can cause confusion if you only give us a PO Box number and we need to ship FedEx OR if you give us an actual address but no mail delivery is made to that address and we are shipping USPS. Any parts that are returned to us because of this and you wish to have the order reshipped to another address will carry a surcharge to do so.

If you wish to ship FedEx Overnight, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select that option will be offered at checkout.

           The following gives the estimated shipping time for your order when shipped FedEx Ground from us. We usually ship 1-2 business days after receipt of your order when parts are in stock. If your order is time sensitive requiring immediate shipping, contact us at shipping@clearcreekspas.com requesting expected shipping date. Otherwise we will ship when available. If we know that the part will be out of stock for any serious period of time and the part is repair sensitive, we will contact you.

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories usually have a surcharge due to added charge from shipper. Normally that surcharge will automatically be added to your order at checkout. If checkout fails to add enough shipping charges we may contact you for the added cost before the shipment is made. If that is the case, we will email you quickly to avoid any lengthy delay.

S All shipments are made FOB Denver. Liability for delivery and damage to any order is between you and the carrier. Upon shipment from us, damage and claims are between you and the carrier. If you request, we can add insurance or to guarantee actual receipt, written signature. Any delivery confirmed by the carrier as delivered relieves us from responsibility. USPS EXPRESS often is cheaper than FedEx and USUALLY Is Overnight Service.
